Persimmon Cookies #002 (click here for recipe with metric measurements)

Ingredients:

1 egg
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup pulp
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup oleo margarine or butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup nuts
1 Cup raisins
1/2 
teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 
teaspoon cloves
1/2 
teaspoon nutmeg
 
Grind the raisins and nuts. Mix with flour and spices. Cream butter, sugar and beaten egg together. Dissolve baking soda in persimmon pulp. Mix all together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven. (
350F).
 

 Persimmon Cookies (#001) (metric measurements)

240 g flour
240 ml pulp
200 g sugar
120 g oleo margarine or butter
5 ml baking soda
150 g nuts
150 g raisins
2.5 ml cinnamon
2.5 ml cloves
2.5 ml nutmeg
 
Grind the raisins and nuts. Mix with flour and spices. Cream butter, sugar and beaten egg together. Dissolve baking soda in persimmon pulp. Mix all together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven. (
